What “Labelled Addresses” means on Arc
The whole registry in one list. A name here comes from a factory relationship, a string in the contract's own deployed bytecode, a block header, or the execution layer itself — never from a guess and never from a resemblance. The evidence class is published beside every row precisely so that a label backed only by a contract's self-reported name() is visibly weaker than one backed by a factory relationship, rather than sitting next to it looking identical.
